Interstate 10 near San Simon, which was closed for much of the day, has reopened.
The closure was announced on the Arizona Department of Transportationโs Twitter page, which gave no estimate of the duration of the closure.
The National Weather Service, which had warned of blowing dust in that area, has a high-wind advisory in effect until 8 p.m.
