With the holiday season right around the corner, JCPenney is looking to hire more than 200 seasonal employees in the Tucson area.
The company is looking to fill 1,000 seasonal openings across the state.
A variety of positions are open including cashiers, replenishment specialists, and beauty consultants.
People interested in a seasonal position can apply online or in store at one of the three Tucson locations. JCPenney will also host a hiring event from 2 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16 at all locations. Qualified candidates will have the chance to interview with managers on the spot.
And the best part — all seasonal employees will get a store discount of up to 25 percent, right in time for the holidays.
Plus, the company will also provide prizes to eight randomly-selected employees nationwide who stay with the company until Dec. 29. The biggest prizes are trips to Canada, New York City, and Miami — all expenses paid.
