A man has died from his injuries sustained in a crash on Interstate 10 near Prince Road, officials say.

The man has been identified as 59-year-old Michael Dean.

The crash happened shortly before 10 a.m. Thursday, according to Quentin Mehr, spokesman with the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Dean was driving a Toyota passenger car eastbound on I-10 when it sideswiped a truck-tractor, said Mehr.

The Toyota then rolled several times, Mehr said. Dean was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries.

No further information has been released.
