A 18-year-old Sierra Vista man is facing charges of sexual exploitation and sexual conduct with a 13-year-old girl after authorities investigated a report of inappropriate contact.

On May 29, Sierra Vista police officers received the report alleging the man was "having sex" with the under-aged girl, a news release said.

Detectives identified the man as Noel Jasso and arrested him near the 3700 block of Sparrow Drive on Monday evening.

Jasso was booked into the Cochise County jail for charges of aggravated luring of a minor for sexual exploitation and four counts of sexual conduct with a minor, the release said. He is being held on a $25,000 bond.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call Justin Dannels, a Sierra Vista police detective.
