California investors PR & MC Properties LLC have bought the site of Tucson Tamale’s production facility at 102 W. 29th St.
The 13,671-square-foot building was updated in 2021 and has been fully leased by the company since 2023, which allowed it to increase production.
Tucson Tamale sells in more than 4,000 stores across the country.

Its 15-year lease with the previous owner, Diamond Ventures, will be honored by the new owners.
Geoffrey Turbow, Anthony DeLorenzo and Tim Healy, with CBRE, represented the seller in the $2.4 million transaction.
“The sellers have taken pride in owning these assets, maintaining a strong rapport with the tenants,” Turbow said. “The buyer’s interest in continuing positive partnerships and supporting the future success of the tenants was appealing to the sellers.”

A private investment group bought a multi-property medical portfolio for $6.1 million. The portfolio includes leased buildings at 4892 N. Stone Ave. and the Green Valley Medical Mall at 1055 N. La Canada Drive. Thomas J. Nieman and Bryce Horner, with Picor, represented the seller.
Wyoming Dinosaur Discovery LLC bought 8,010 square feet of industrial space at 3808 E. 37th St. from WTF Land Holdings LLC and Skull Valley Capital LLC for $950,000. Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the seller.
Tucson Medical Center, dba TMC Health Cancer Center, leased 26,953 square feet at 603 N. Wilmot Road from Magnum Realty LLC. Richard M. Kleiner and Alexis Corona, with Picor, represented the tenant. Buzz Isaacson, with CBRE, represented the landlord.
Poppin Off Creations leased 4,025 square feet of space located at 4570 E. Broadway from Midstar Properties to open a comic and memorabilia store this summer. Andreas Castillo, with Volk Co., represented the tenant and David Carroll, with Paul Ash Co., represented the landlord.
