An investment company from Birmingham, Alabama, bought the Pima Transitional Living Facility on Tucson’s east side for $8.4 million.
The 14,506-square-foot facility is part of America’s Rehab Campuses, which offer addiction treatment services.
“We are excited to enter the Tucson market with a best-in-class facility,” said Jackson Stewart, executive vice president and general counsel for the buyer, Sanders Capital Partners. “We are keen to increase Sanders Capital Partners’ exposure to quality behavioral health assets throughout the country.”
The property is located at 2200 N. Camino Principal, near Tanque Verde and Kolb roads.

Dollar Tree Stores leased 11,169 square feet at Wilmot Plaza, 6228 E. Broadway, from DSW IREIF Tucson Retail Owners LLC. Dave Hammack, Greg Furrier and Natalie Furrier, with Picor, represented the landlord, along with James Hartman, with DSW Commercial Real Estate. Kurt Kaolin, with Christifulli Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant.
Eegee’s leased 5,415 square feet at 4801 E. Broadway for its new headquarters. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker, Isaac Figueroa. Ben Craney, with NAI Horizon, represented the tenant.
All My Sons Moving & Storage of Tucson LLC leased 5,100 square feet at 5131 E. Canada St. from L and SD Properties LLC. Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the landlord. Paul Holland and Lance Eberhard, with Colliers International, represented the tenant.
Rembrandt Grad Supplies leased 2,570 square feet of retail space at Grant Square, 4444 E. Grant Road, Suite 107, from Kolvoord Family LP. Rob Tomlinson, principal retail specialist with Cushman & Wakefield PICOR, represented both parties.
Dunn Really Cool LLC leased 2,520 square feet at 3524-3536 E. Grant Road at the Grant Plaza. Gordon Wagner, with NAI Horizon, represented the landlord and Esther Empens, with Tierra Antigua Realty, represented the tenant.
Northgate Plaza Shopping Center, at the northeast corner of Grant Road and Alvernon Way, has two new tenants. Palace of Beauty Styling Salon leased 1,600 square feet and Trendy Nails leased 1,382 square feet. Nancy McClure and Ryan Hall, with CBRE, represented the landlords, Stomiga Partnership and Roll-it LLC.
