Once Upon A Child, a resale store stocked with children’s goods, will open later this year in Monterey Village.

The retailer leased 6,026 square feet of retail space at 6252 E. Speedway, on the southwest corner at North Wilmot Road, next door to Beyond Bread.

Greg Furrier and Natalie Furrier, with Picor, represented the landlord and Chris Ray, with Catalyst Commercial Group LLC, represented the tenant.

Once Upon A Child sells kids’ clothing, shoes, toys and baby gear. It also buys those items for cash or trade.

Once Upon A Child will open next door to Beyond Bread at 6252 E. Speedway in the Monterrey Village shopping center.

MH Holding Group LLC, dba Learn & Play Daycare Preschool, bought 8,351 square feet of retail space at 151 W. Orange Grove Road from Foothills Business Ventures for $1.2 million. Rob Tomlinson, with Picor, represented the seller. Cory Lamb and Robert Lamb, with Long Realty Co., represented the buyer.

Majestic Ridge Properties LLC bought the two-unit Euclid House, a 2,790-square-foot multifamily property at 1025 N. Euclid Ave., from 1025 N Euclid LLC for $675,000. Joey Martinez and Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented both parties.

Microstar Logistics leased 72,169 square feet at Tucson Commerce Center, 6690 S Alvernon Way. The center is now fully leased. Tim Healy, with CBRE, represented the tenant.

BBW Food LLC, dba Big Bad Wolf, leased 4,562 square feet of restaurant space at 3700 N. Oracle Road from NMDC LLC. Michael Abbinante, with Abbinante & Co. and Rob Tomlinson, with Picor, handled the transaction.

Crane Rental Service Inc. leased 4,200 square feet of industrial space at 8070 and 8090 W. Breakers Way in Marana, from 8070 Breakers LLC and 8090 Breakers LLC. Jesse Blum, with Picor, and Joshua Wyss, with Cushman & Wakefield U.S. Inc., represented the tenant. Timothy Haight, with Pinal Realty & Property Management LLC, represented the landlord.

Culture Connects Studio, offering dance, yoga and martial arts classes, leased 1,267 square feet at 3000 E. 22nd Street, in El Campo Center on the southwest corner of 22nd Street and Country Club Road. Craig Finfrock, of Commercial Retail Advisors LLC, represented the landlord and Michael Coretz, of Commercial Real Estate Group of Tucson, represented the tenant.
