Tucson Electric Power reported thousands of its customers were without power in several parts of Tucson and Oro Valley Thursday afternoon.

More than 4,000 people near the Tucson Premium Outlets and between Ina Road and Orange Grove Road were experiencing a loss of power, according to the TEP website.

The outages occurred around 1:30 p.m. and crews restored power to the areas shortly after 3 p.m.

Approximately 351 people are still experiencing outages near Catalina State Park, north of Oro Valley.

An additional outage is reportedly affecting 74 customers on Tucson's east side around 2:40 p.m., according to TEP.
