If you're crossing your fingers for thunderstorms today, the best chances are east and south of the Old Pueblo.
According to the National Weather Service, the best chances of thunderstorms will be in Cochise and Santa Cruz counties, east and south of Tucson respectively. Chances are expected to increase for the Tucson area by Sunday.
And of course, triple-digit high temperatures remain.
