George L. Woodard

Tucson police say a 73-year-old man with Alzheimer's who walked away from his north-side home Tuesday, June 20, was found downtown.

George L. Woodard, who also suffers from several medical issues, was treated for dehydration by paramedics and reunited with his family, said Sgt. Pete Dugan, a Tucson Police Department spokesman.

Woodard left his home in the 200 block of East Kelso Street at about 4 p.m. The neighborhood is north of East Grant and east of North Stone Avenue.
