Weekend heat

Ernest Soro takes a swig from his drink while he pauses to set down for a nap by his bicycle underneath the shade trees at Reid Park on June 16, 2016, in Tucson, Ariz. High temperatures are expected to eclipse decades-old heat records for Father’s Day weekend.

Temperatures are on the rise again, and it's almost guaranteed that Tucson will see another 100-degree day by the middle of the week.

Although there might be a slight breeze at times, the next several days brings plenty of clear skies and not a drop of rain.
