Alba Martinez

A Tucson woman was convicted of criminal damage last week, after she threw paver blocks at her ex-boyfriend's truck when she discovered him with another woman, officials said.

On April 20, Alba Martinez went to her ex-boyfriend's house, finding him visiting with another woman. Martinez took large paver blocks from the yard and began throwing them through her ex-boyfriend's truck windows and the windows of the other woman's SUV, according to a post on the Pima County Attorney's Office Facebook page.

When police arrived, Martinez was still standing outside the house, getting ready to throw another paver, the post said.

Martinez was convicted of felony criminal damage, misdemeanor criminal damage and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. She is scheduled to be sentenced on March 12.
