Tucson restaurateur Sam Fox is becoming widely known by foodies and chefs across the country, and his star keeps on rising.
A restaurant industry trade publication, Nation's Restaurant News, has just added Fox to its 2018 Power List, calling him a visionary.
The Power List "is the definitive list of industry leaders who are not only setting trends today, but also shaping them for tomorrow," according to NRN's website.
Fox can be found on the list under a section labeled "Evolvers."
"If you want to see where restaurant trends will be in a few years, look at what Sam Fox is opening now," the article says. "He anticipated fast-casual pizza with Sauce Pizza & Wine and capitalized on the mainstreaming of better-for-you food with True Food Kitchen and better-for-the-planet food with Flower Child."
