The Tucson congressman is pushing for a review of federal funding provided to Catholic Community Services through Pima County that was used at Casa Alitas, after a conflict of interest controversy.
The state Supreme Court rejected a claim that the measure lawmakers put on the ballot at the urging of the ballot for the Arizona Restaurant Association is misleading.
The ruling does not affect the more than 41,000 people already are on the rolls in Arizona as federal-only voters who want to cast a ballot for Kamala Harris, Donald Trump or someone else.
