The annual Fourth Avenue Spring Street Fair is produced by the North Fourth Avenue Merchants Association, Inc., a local nonprofit. The fair is a biannual event and showcases vendors who are local, national and international. Art, jewelry, food, clothing and many other items are for sale. The event is free and open to the public.
