Tucson voters will decide in March whether to raise the city sales tax to pay for things like more police, better equipment and to address various social issues.
UAGC, formerly known as Ashford University, was acquired by the UA in 2020. The University of Arizona purchased Ashford, a for-profit online university, from its parent company, Zovio, for $1 to create the nonprofit UAGC, which is now affiliated with the school.
