A weather system moving through southeastern Arizona today and Wednesday is expected to bring rain to the valleys and snow to the mountains above 7000 feet, the National Weather Service in Tucson says.
The storm is expected to bring between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of rain to the valleys.
In the Tucson metro area, windy conditions are expected ahead of Tuesday's storm arrival.
Cooler-than-normal temperatures, mostly in the mid 50s, are expected to last through the weekend.
