Re: the Jan. 27 editorial "GOP legislative leaders treating Democrats fairly"
I now have renewed hope for a kinder, gentler world after reading Tim Steller's column regarding broadening cooperation between both chambers of our state's legislature. As a Southern Arizonan still despondent over the results of the last presidential election, it is heartening to learn that the party in power (at least in Arizona) understands that Democrats have the best interests of our country at heart, too.
We are all in this together so, with open minds and an honest desire to seek common ground, let's work together to resolve the issues that everyone agrees need addressing.
