I (generally) believe that the Senate and House bills are "mean" and that they'd be a disaster for low-income Arizonans. I'm one of the people who would be most affected. But I also want to point out what I've read: that Arizona is one of the states most likely to lose insurance carriers under Obamacare. I had only one choice of policy for 2017. Luckily, it's been good. But what if NO carrier offers a subsidized 2018 policy for me? The effect could be even worse than the Senate bill.
