I have written multiple times to Senators Flake and McCain, Representative McSally, and Governor Ducey regarding the issues of Arizona and the ACA. I have only received responses from McCain and McSally. And, they were both form letters on how bad Obamacare is, that it's collapsing, that they are working to repeal it. Senator McCain provided the statistics on how poorly the ACA is performing in AZ: national increase in premiums is 25%, AZ is 116%; one insurer for 14 out of 15 counties.

So my question back to our Senators, Representative and Governor was this: how did it happen that AZ is an outlier for the ACA? If the ACA is working well in other states, why aren't you doing something to ensure it is working here? Who had the responsibility to implement and oversee the program?

The problem with the ACA in AZ is not the ACA, it's our Legislators and Governor. Yes, the program has issues but it's our representatives who have totally failed us.
