The 8,000-9,000 square foot Esmond Station Library will serve Vail, Corona De Tucson and Rita Ranch. Opening date has not yet been determined.

The Esmond Station Library will feature meeting rooms as well as access to library materials focused, but not limited to, programming for education, workforce development and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) programing.

The Sahuarita Library at W. Sahuarita Rd. and S. Calle Imperial, began construction in May of this year.

The 17,000+ square-foot facility's opening date also has not been determined due to the pandemic, but could be 9-12 months, according to Holly Schaffer, Community Relations Manager for Pima County Public Library.

There will be plenty of space for meetings and studying.
