CHANDLER โ Chandler police say a 59-year-old woman called 911 to report that she had strangled her mother.
Detective Seth Tyler says Elizabeth Ann Ramirez was home when officers responded Tuesday and found her 80-year-old mother dead in her bed.
Tyler says Ramirez was arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder.
