U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers arrested two women who attempted to smuggle more than 66 pounds of methamphetamine into the country on Monday.

Officers at the Dennis DeConcini Crossing arrested an 18-year-old woman from Nogales after a canine alerted officers of an odor coming from the vehicle during a secondary inspection.

More than 65 pounds of meth was found in her Ford truck, totaling more than $196,000, a news release said.

In another incident, an 18-year-old Mexican national woman was arrested after a canine lead officers to approximately one pound of meth worth more than $2,900.

The drugs were carried inside of the woman's bra at the Morley Pedestrian Crossing, the agency said.

The vehicles and contents were turned over to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement's investigations office.
