Evacuations are continuing along Ukraine's Dnipro River, as fears of a humanitarian disaster rise following the attack on a major Russian-held dam in Ukraine's south. Both sides are pointing fingers and trading blame. Whilst Moscow argues Kyiv damaged it through shelling, Ukraine’s President Zelensky argues it would have been "physically impossible” to do so.
