Artificial island has become an oasis of biodiversity in the Mediterranean Sea

Sardinia is making strides with its artificial island that is helping recycle and save birds at the same time. Non-profit organization the Mediterranean Sea and Coast Foundation, also known as MEDSEA, created a micro-oasis made out of 2000 jute bags containing mussel shells.
