What's the problem? This location is over 2 miles west of the Park, and 22nd Street doesn't even go thru; it basically dead-ends at Houghton. No one objected to a Walmart one mile south of here on Houghton; the Park is not impacted by that one... Of course, there is a perfectly good Frys at 22nd and Harrison right now...
