All countries are now justified in holding the American people responsible for having established and maintained a ruler whose modus operandi is to dominate, control and "correct" the actions of other countries, at will, no matter the illegality of that action. And to think it's being done by a country that used to be noted for espousing -- demonstrating! -- the ideals of independent sovereignty and democracy.
