I have known Edgar Soto since I was his soccer coach at Mansfeld Middle School. Even at a young age, he demonstrated leadership qualities beyond his years. Over the years, he has honed and refined those skills, setting him apart in a way that exemplifies the best of Tucson. Edgar is an honest, loyal, and articulate individual with a heart that is committed to serving our community. I am confident that Edgar will be a decision-maker and representative of our community who will lead with integrity and always act in our best interests.
