Re: the April 25 article "City cuts back on recycling pickups."
While I support recycling and fill my bin every week, if they are going to switch to every other week then they should just go ahead and eliminate the program altogether. Realistically, most people are not going to remember which week it goes out and will eventually stop recycling altogether. May as well stop paying for it at the same time.
