WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! Think of all the ways that that money could be spent in helping the living. I can think of many organizations that could use the assistance. There already are numerous places where people can go to meditate. It seems to me that descriptive plaque could be placed near where the tragedy occurred to remind people of the senselessness of it all.
