Re: the May 21 article "TuSimple's self-driving trucks to hit road."

Those of us who live along this route are being made into non-consenting experimental subjects. Our lives and health are being put at risk. If one of these trucks kills someone, will the CEO of TuSimple be arrested like any other driver guilty of poor judgement?
