Despite a State of the Union address that mostly focused on domestic issues such as the economy and immigration, Donald Trump's speech Tuesday night is unlikely "to sway many people one way or another", says Andrew Smith, director of the University of New Hampshire Survey Center, but instead was likely aimed at rallying his base ahead of the midterms.
