Re: The last time Tucson celebrated a white Christmas was in 1987.
Jeri Ferguson Jahnke: It was my Wisconsin husbandβs first Christmas in Tucson, and he and the cacti and palm trees looked very surprised. Tucson is magic.
Mark Templeton: My mom was born on Christmas Day and always wished to see it snow on her birthday. She died on New Yearβs Eve 1986 and the following Christmas on her birthday it snowed like crazy, and we all took it as a sign from her and God.
