A man who apparently came to Fourth Ave., with trouble-making intentions looks over the crowd as chants of "U of A" turn into chants of "flip a car." This individual wrestled with people who were trying to put out fires and stop the meyhem that overtook Fourth Avenue. April 2, 2001.
