The Southern Arizona Japanese Cultural Coalition is spearheading the Tucson Japanese Festival at the Pima Community College downtown campus, 1255 N. Stone Ave.Β
The event features a variety of activities and performances, including taiko drummers, and mochi making; mochi being a traditional Japanese rice cake treat.Β
