A festival supporting several local schools and the youth mariachi group Los Changuitos Feos will take place along South 12th Ave., between West Ajo Way and West Veterans Blvd this Saturday and Sunday. 

The event, dubbed the 12th Avenue Music & Food Festival, will feature carnival rides, food ranging from elote to fry bread, and live music. The schedule is as follows (according to the Facebook event page):

Saturday:

12-1 DJ Zeta (Reggaeton/Hip Hop) 

3-4 Back in 20

4-5 Los Changuitos Feos

5-6 Santa Pachita

6-7 Los Centenarios

7-8 Vox Urbana

Sunday:

12-1 DJ (R&B Old School)

2-3 Suerte Musical

3-4 Diluvio

4-5 Los Changuitos Feos

5-6 DJ SOO

The event runs Saturday from noon to 8pm Sunday from noon to 6pm
