The Arizona Triathlon team proved it's no one-hit wonder when it took home its second title at the 2025 Women's Collegiate Championship Saturday.

As if being named national champs two years in a row wasn't enough, one Wildcat, Kelly Wetteland took the individual crown with a time of 1:02:09. Another four found themselves in the top 10:

– Second place: Margareta Vrablova (1:02:19)

– Seventh place: Ellison Wolfe (1:03:33)

– Eighth place: Mia Wentzy (1:03:42)

– 10th place: Ruth Pardy (1:03:51)

Cracking the top 20 were Sara Crociani in 16th place and Molly Lakustiak in 18th.

For the second year in a row, Arizona’s triathlon team has been named the Women’s Collegiate National Champions. The Wildcats took home the honor Nov. 8, 2025, in Tempe.

The event, held in Tempe, also featured ASU, which came in second as a team with 900 points — 27 points short of UA; TCU, Queens, USD, Lenior-Rhyne, Wingate, ETSU, Denver and USF.

Arizona claimed its first championship last year, in just its second year of existence as a program.
