Ryan Finley and Caitlin Schmidt continue the Title Wave series and look back on Schmidt's visit to Baylor. Schmidt met with Baylor's athletic director Mack Rhoades and others in Waco, Texas to break down the steps BU has taken to improve its reputation after a $4.3 million investment into the Title IX office. Baylor, once a university under fire with several sexual assault allegations in the athletics program, has emphasized fixing the issue on campus. The Star partnered with Solutions Journalism after Schmidt began investigating the UAβs response to a series of sexual misconduct allegations in its athletic department.
