Arizona guard Allonzo Trier (35) watches some of the second-half action while taking a breather on the bench against Oregon State in the second half of their Pac-12 game at Gill Coliseum, Thursday, Feb. 2, 2017, Corvallis, Ore. Kelly Presnell / Arizona Daily Star

EUGENE, Ore. – Whatever happens today at Matthew Knight Arena, UA coach Sean Miller is pretty sure fatigue won’t have anything to do with it.

With Allonzo Trier back for four games already, Miller has ironed out his rotation to the point where he had his five starters and Trier play between 23 and 28 minutes Thursday at Oregon State.

As a possible result, UA hasn't had the late-game meltdowns that characterized it earlier in the season (though that's not to say there haven't been issues...)

β€œWe like that,” Miller said Friday. β€œThere may be a given game where one of our starters goes above and beyond that into the low 30s but one of the things that’s happened in last three or four games was we haven’t run out of gas. We have finished much, much better and we really struggled prior to that happening. Having guys play just four minutes less is a big, big difference in the game.”

Looks like Arizona will be wearing its β€œstate pride” uniforms today (red with copper/gold trim). I refer back to this post every time I'm trying to figure out what it is they're wearing.

ESPN's Jeff Borzello predicts Brian Bowen will pick ArizonaΒ (tweeted link here) and takes a look at where some other top uncommitted 2017 players, including UA targets Trevon Duval and Brandon McCoy, might be headed. Borzello also wrote that DeAndre Ayton "has been consistently talking to McCoy to try to (get him to) Tucson."

Mark Titus' ever-humorous power ratings rate UA No. 4 and take a deep dive into UCLA.
