The preseason college basketball Associated Press Top 25 poll was released Monday morning and the Arizona Wildcats will enter the season unranked for the first time since the 2010-11 season. UA received 14 votes in the poll. 

Three Pac-12 teams were placed in the top 25: Oregon (14), UCLA (21) and Washington (25). USC received six votes while Arizona State landed three. 

Arizona lost eight players from last season including all five starters in Parker Jackson-Cartwright, Allonzo Trier, Rawle Alkins, Deandre Ayton and Dusan Ristic. UA returns Duke transfer Chase Jeter, Brandon Randolph, Ira Lee, Emmanuel Akot, Dylan Smith and Alex Barcello. The newcomers are graduate transfers Justin Coleman and Ryan Luther, and freshmen guards Brandon Williams and Devonaire Doutrive.
