University of Arizona vs USC

Arizona center Dusan Ristic, sporting a mouse under his right eye, gets his high-fives as he comes off the floor late in the second quarter against USC at McKale Center on Feb. 10, 2018.

During one of the most chaotic weeks in Arizona basketball history, Dusan Ristic was one of few positive storylines for the UA as he became the program's all-time wins leader after the Wildcats beat toppled Stanford 75-67 Thursday night.Β

Ristic won his 111th career game at Arizona and surpassed Matt Muehelbach and Kaleb Tarczewski.

"It means a lot," Ristic said. "It's a result of hard work, and it's a result of the culture of this program of older players that I played with from my freshman year through this year. I'm privileged to accomplish something and it's proven. It's something that's going to stay forever in my life. I'm just happy about it."

Parker Jackson-Cartwright was in the same recruiting class as Ristic in 2014, but missed 10 games between his freshman and junior season as Ristic only missed three.

Ristic scored 21 points on 10 of 15 shooting and recorded four rebounds as the Wildcats clinched a share of the Pac-12 championship. Ristic now has three conference titles in four years at the UA.Β

"For the great seniors and players that have played here for four years that have won so many championships in big games, I think that's a testament to not only the type of player Dusan has become, but also the young man that he is," head coach Sean Miller said. "He's really one of a kind, so for him to do that on a night like tonight, I think it all really brought it together for us."
