Arizona Wildcats forward Deandre Ayton (13) screams out in a moment that gets him pumped in the second half during a game at Matthew Knight Arena in Eugene, Oregon on Feb. 24, 2018. Oregon won in overtime 98-93.

Arizona's Deandre Ayton was named to the 15-player Wooden Award ballot of finalists, although teammate Allonzo Trier was not.

Ayton also made the the 10-player semifinal list of the Naismith Award, another of the major player of the year awards in college basketball.

Arizona is expected to find out this afternoon if Ira Lee will be available to play against Cal tonight. While the reserve forward may not be needed against the Bears, he will likely be next week while the Wildcats play up to three games in three days in the Pac-12 Tournament.

Arizona will play its first Pac-12 Tournament game at 1 p.m. Thursday against the winner of the 8/9 game on Wednesday. Entering today's games, ASU and Colorado are occupying those two spots.
