Former Arizona guard Allonzo Trier will work out with the Lakers on Wednesday before he heads to the NBA Combine next week in Chicago.

Trier will join USC's Chimezie Metu and four other players in trying out for the Lakers, who hold the 25th and 47th picks in the draft. Trier has been projected to go in the 40s during the June 21 draft.

Trier and former UA teammate Rawle Alkins are among the 69 players scheduled to compete at the Combine from May 16-19 in Chicago.


UCLA picked up a commitment from 2019 four-star wing Jaime Jaquez.


Oregon State added three-star guard Jordan Campbell for next season.


Nine Pac-12 or Pac-12 Networks execs made $450,000 or more, including Larry Scott at $4.8 million.
