The folks creating NBA 2K17 have entered the debate about the best Arizona Wildcats basketball players of all time.

The video game released rosters of 10 prominent college basketball programs, listing a "starting five" of point guard Mike Bibby, shooting guard Damon Stoudamire, small forward Sean Elliott, power forward Derrick Williams and center Channing Frye.

The reserves were listed, in order, as Steve Kerr, Andre Iguodala, Jason Terry, Aaron Gordon, Richard Jefferson, Chase Budinger, Jerryd Bayless and Jordan Hill.

Many of the younger former UA players now in the NBA didn't make the cut, as noted by Arizona Sports, along with former players such as Gilbert Arenas, Jud Buechler and Michael Dickerson.

Also not making it: Several prominent Wildcats who have had limited or no NBA careers include Salim Stoudamire, Miles Simon, Khalid Reeves, Jason Gardner, Michael Wright and Nick Johnson. Many other Wildcats from previous years, including Bob Elliott, were also not included.
