Minnesota Vikings wide receiver and former Arizona Wildcat Cayleb Jones received a four-game suspension on Monday for violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drug policy, per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

It's unknown what substance Jones is being suspended for, but he will be able to participate in offseason workouts and preseason games.

Jones will only miss the first four games of the regular season, and is slotted to return Week 5 against the Eagles, the team that cut him prior to his rookie season in 2016. Entering his third season in the league, Jones is on the Vikings' roster as a practice player and hasn't played snaps in Minnesota.

It's been an interesting offseason for the Jones family. Cayleb was involved in a bizarre altercation in March with his younger brother and Buffalo Bills wide receiver, Zay, at a downtown Los Angeles apartment building. Cayleb prevented a nude Zay from jumping out of a 30th floor window of the building, after he smashed a public balcony window with his and attempted to crawl through the space.

Zay was arrested for felony vandalism, but was released on bond the following morning.
