Tonight's Arizona-UCLA Super Regional softball game is being shown on ESPN after all.

The 6 p.m. game was moved back to ESPN because of continued rain at the Florida-Texas A&M game. UA officials initially expected its game, initially scheduled for ESPN, to move to ESPNews because the Gators and Aggies were still playing. But rain forced both teams off the field, and ESPN made the decision to air the UA game instead.Β Β

It was a last-minute choice.

This isn't the first scheduling headache of the 2018 postseason; ESPN did not air any of Arizona's regional games on television. One Saturday's games was moved to TV, but because of technical difficulties, did not air.
