DeVaughn Cooper has been committed to the Wildcats for a while, dating back to July when Arizona reeled in seven recruits in the span of a couple of days.
Recent events indicate it was really more of a soft verbal commitment than a full one. Cooper took an official visit to Arizona State this past weekend, and a couple weeks ago took an official to Syracuse.
Then, on Monday, Cooper tweeted this:

He will likely announce his choice on Wednesday's national signing day. It's unclear how this effects his standing with the Wildcats, but the UA still seems to want him.
Cooper is rated a 3-star athlete by Scout.com, and would likely play wide receiver at Arizona. From Nathaniel (Calif.) Narbonne HS, Cooper is listed at 5-10, 171 pounds.
His high school teammate, 3-star running back Sean Riley, was initially verbally committed to Arizona but flipped to Syracuse after he and Cooper visited the Orange a couple weeks ago.
Cooper is rated the No. 48 athlete in the nation and No. 10 in California. He had 1,280 receiving yards and 20 touchdowns — including one punt return — as a senior at Narbonne.
