Photos: Arizona women's basketball cruises to 103-58 exhibition win over West Texas A&M
The Arizona Wildcats kicked off their 2023-24 season with a 103-58 home exhibition win over West Texas A&M Wednesday, Oct. 25, at McKale Center.
Kailyn Gilbert (24 points) and Helena Pueyo (20 points) led five UA players scoring in double digits. Pueyo hit four from 3-point range, while Gilbert added five assists and tied Esmery Martinez with a team-best seven rebounds.
Next up for the Wildcats: A second early-season exhibition Wednesday, Nov. 1, at McKale, followed by Arizona's regular-season opener Monday Nov. 6 at New Mexico State.
