Arizona's bats sprung to life Sunday in a 12-1 run-rule victory over No. 20 Indiana to conclude the Wildcats' participation in the Frisco College Baseball Classic in Frisco, Texas.

The Wildcats snapped a three-game losing streak and finished the tournament 1-2. They're 5-6 overall as they return home before heading back on the road to open Pac-12 Conference play at USC on Friday.

Arizona scored 10 runs in the fourth inning Sunday to turn a 1-1 tie into a rout. Freshman outfielder Easton Breyfogle drove in a team-high three runs via a double with the bases loaded. Brendan Summerhill, Mason White and Adonys Guzman each had a pair of RBIs.

Senior right-hander Cam Walty delivered six sparkling innings in his first start of the season, allowing one run on five hits with no walks and three strikeouts. He lowered his season ERA to 1.84.

UA second baseman Garen Caulfield had to leave the game in the fourth inning after being struck in the helmet by a pitch.ย 

The Wildcats struck out eight times in the seven-inning game, their lowest total since the previous Sunday at San Diegoย โ€” also their last victory. Arizona drew six walks, its highest total since Feb. 20 vs. Utah Tech (nine).
