Five-star class of 2025 guard Brayden Burries of Southern California tweeted that he will make his official recruiting visit to Arizona this weekend, suggesting he'll be on hand for the UA-Stanford game on Sunday at McKale Center.

Rivals reported that Burries is expected to visit along with UA signee Carter Bryant. Burries told the Star at the Section 7 event last June that he and Bryant have remained close friends after playing club ball together from ages 9-15.

Burries and Bryant, a class of 2024 forward who is scheduled to play for the Wildcats next season, faced each other recently in a high school game that UA coach Tommy Lloyd and associate head coach Jack Murphy watched. Burries is playing for Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Eastvale, California, and Bryant is a standout at Corona Centennial.

Rivals reported that there "has been talk" of Burries reclassifying, meaning he might strive for college basketball eligibility next season.
